Visiting Specsavers Australia in St Ives for World Sight Day

Today is World Sight Day.

I recently visited Andy and the team at Specsavers Australia for an eye test. Whilst I did not have a change to prescription, Andy gave me some very helpful tips on how to reduce my eye strain, particularly when you spend a lot of time (as so many of us do) staring at a screen.
