Support Lindfield Community Forum

Paul attended and spoke at the Lindfield Village Hub Community Forum, held at St Alban’s Church Hall, Lindfield.

The Forum was held by Support Lindfield, which has campaigned for some years in support of intelligent development to regenerate the Lindfield town centre, on the on the western side of the Pacific Highway near Lindfield Station.

For example such a redevelopment could integrate a supermarket, smaller shops including cafes and restaurants, public space, facilities such as a child care centre or library, and a large underground car park. Similar such developments have occurred in locations such as Lane Cove over recent years.

Paul spoke alongside State MP Jonathon O’Dea, Ku-ring-gai Mayor Jennifer Anderson, and a number of local councillors and candidates, voicing his strong support for community engagement in planning and development issues.

This was the fifth Community Forum organised by Support Lindfield, and sponsors included the Turramurra and Lindfield Bendigo Community Bank Branches, Lindfield Chamber of Commerce and Lindfield Pharmacy.
