Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shed

On International Women’s Day, I chatted with community leaders Mala Mehta and Michelle Bell, of Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shed.

We discussed the importance of providing a safe and inclusive space for women, the female empowerment activities that the Shed provides. We also discussed the important programs that Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre has established in support of the Shed – particularly through their community outreach programs.
