Richard Dammery appointed to Australia Post Board

The Morrison Government welcomes the appointment of Richard Dammery as a non-executive Director of the Australia Post Board for a three-year term.

Dr Dammery has extensive governance experience as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and serves on the boards of Nexus Hospitals, Aussie Broadband, Doctor Care Anywhere and Creative Partnerships Australia.

His extensive business career includes experience in telecommunications - including at Telstra, and at Telecom New Zealand/AAPT where he served as Group Director Infrastructure, in retail where he was General Counsel at Coles Group and Chief Legal Officer at Woolworths Group; and in other relevant industries. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Monash Business School and Principal of Emerald Hill Associates.
