Fletcher joins the Graffiti Hit Squad

Paul Fletcher MP, Federal Member for Bradfield will join Turramurra Rotary's Graffiti Hit Squad on Saturday May 1 and Sunday May 2.

"I'll be joining the Rotary crew as we work to scrub away graffiti in Turramurra," Mr Fletcher said.

"Graffiti looks dreadful, it damages private and public property, and it makes the streets feel less safe.

"Rotary is doing a great job - working with local schools, businesses and community groups - to fight the scourge of graffiti.

"They have found that the best way to discourage the graffiti vandals is to move quickly to scrub away graffiti wherever it appears.

"I encourage anyone who sees graffiti to report it to Rotary on 02 9449 5973

"And anyone who wants to help further can join me and the crew - scrubbing away the offending graffiti and helping to keep the Upper North Shore clean and safe."
