2012 Bradfield Comedy Debate to consider if ‘we get the Politicians we deserve’

The 2012 Bradfield Comedy Debate promises an afternoon of verbal jousting and sardonic wit, exploring the ins and outs of the topic ‘That we get the politicians we deserve’.

‘I’m thrilled that ABC Political Journalist Annabel Crabb, Radio and Network 10 TV Presenter Jono Coleman, Writer/Director of hit ABC TV Show ‘Rake’ Peter Duncan and other talented speakers feature in this year’s debate’, Member for Bradfield Paul Fletcher said today.

‘As the only politician amongst the speakers, I somehow suspect I might be the butt of a few jokes’, Mr Fletcher said.

‘It’s a great honour to be involved, not just as the ‘man in the middle’ of the 2nd Annual Bradfield Comedy Debate – but it’s all for a worthy cause’, Debate Chair Jono Coleman said.

‘And as a Bradfield Local, I know it will be lots of good fun’.

The Bradfield Comedy debate is an annual event presented by Member for Bradfield Paul Fletcher and Lindfield Rotary Club, supporting a local charity. All proceeds this year will go to Studio Artes, Hornsby - a very worthwhile organisation serving adults with a disability.

It is proudly supported by principal sponsor McCarroll's and Lexus of Chatswood, and also supported by other local businesses including the Turramurra and Lindfield Community Banks.
